What to remember from our conferences at Documation

Everteam’s conferences at Documation 2021

This year again, we were exhibitors at Documation, which took place in Paris from September 7 to 9.

In addition to a very lively stand with many visits from our customers, prospects and partners, we hosted 3 conferences. Here are the main points to remember :

Conférence avec PSA -Everteam

Business Process Digitization: From Task Automation to Process Automation

  • Speaker- Xavier BONMARCHE – DC Director of the Jouve Group – – Noureddine LAMRIRI – Everteam
  • Moderated by Michel Remize of the Serda Archimag Group.

The digital transformation of your companies and organizations is a major opportunity to transform and optimize your processes. This represents two interests:

  • allow you to better focus on your core business
  • and above all to ensure significant efficiency gains.

But the increase in document volumes, regulatory pressure and the need to integrate innovative technologies into the digital strategy of companies make the implementation of digitalization projects as necessary as they are complex.

The surest way to achieve this quickly and efficiently: outsourcing! But you still need to choose the right provider.

 Things to remember:

  1. An end-to-end offer proposed by a single “Jouve” contact.
  2. The advantage of an outsourced solution that is controllable and highly adaptable
  3. A complete and modern offer resulting from the functional, technical and business expertise of Jouve and everteam.

What strategy should be adopted to deploy an information governance program, and with what solutions? REX of PSA STELLANTIS group.

  • Speakers – Noureddine LAMRIRI & – Thierry LE GUILLOU – PSA STELLANTIS.

  • Moderated by Michel Remize of the Serda Archimag Group.

An information governance programme covers the processes by which an organisation obtains assurance that risks to its information – and therefore to its operational capabilities and integrity – are identified and effectively managed.

Faced with increasing volumes of documents and data, the impact of the health context, the growing regulatory pressure :

  • The imperiousness of reappropriating one’s information capital is becoming,
  • beyond a virtuous initiative, a necessity that allows companies to take a long-term approach to efficiency, risk reduction and social responsibility.

Things to remember:

  1. A global information governance strategy is the prerequisite for any implementation initiative
  2. Communication and collaboration between departments is fundamental.
  3. The tools to be deployed must be rethought to respond to new challenges (risk management, cost reduction, digital responsibility,…)

Digital bulk:  methods and tools to master them – Feedback  of  public procurement documents management

  • Speakers – Noureddine LAMRIRI – SVP Product Marketing and Jean-Blaise PICARD – Sales Manager for public markets.
  • Moderated by Michel Remize of the Serda Archimag Group.

Digital bulk is everywhere, and when it is unstructured, such as on shared network drives, it leads to difficulties in accessing information or excessive time spent by users trying to find the right documents.

In this respect, the everteam offer enables a quick and simple response.

  • Based on a modern technology of search and analysis of files, the everteam.discover software allows to improve the performance of searches, to enrich and extract remarkable metadata to better organize information and thus facilitate research for all collaborators whatever their level of computer skills.

Things to remember:

  1. It is important to identify your pains (file cleaning, search improvement, detection of risky documents, …).
  2. Improving search and reducing access time to information is a priority in most digital bulk projects.
  3. The tools to be deployed must be adapted and objective: capacity to manage volumes, integrated AI functionalities, adapted processing (deduplication, version identification, detection of personal data, archiving,…)
