This privacy policy explains the processing of personal data (hereinafter your “information”) that we carry out when :

When We use capitalized terms in this Policy, We refer to the definitions below:

“Customer” means a legal entity that has subscribed to products or services from EVERTEAM.

“Supplier” means a legal entity providing products or services to EVERTEAM.

“Information” refers to your personal data, whether such Information identifies you directly or indirectly.

We“, “Us”, “Our” and “EVERTEAM” refer to our company EVER TEAM SOFTWARE as identified in the section “Who we are and what are our contact details.

“Policy” means this Privacy Policy. 

“Prospect” means a legal entity that may be interested in the products or services offered by EVERTEAM but is not yet a Customer.

“Site” refers to EVERTEAM’s public website, accessible at www.everteam.com. 

“Visitor” means any person who visits our Site.

This Policy explains the processing carried out by EVERTEAM concerning its Customers as defined in the “Definitions” section.

The Information we process is mainly provided directly by you. We may also receive it from an event organizer to whom you have authorized us to communicate it.

You must provide us with the categories of information marked with an asterisk on the contract or form you have completed. 

This information is necessary for contracting with Everteam. If you refuse to provide us with this personal information, we will not be able to provide our products or services.

3. Why do we use your personal information and for how long?

In this section, we explain why we process your personal information (our “Purposes“), why it is lawful for us to do so (our “Legal Basis“) and for how long (our “Retention Period“).

Important information about retention periods: We generally archive your personal information after the retention period specified above. We need to do so because we are required to by law, or to prove our proper performance of the contract, or to avoid litigation. Below are the main additional retention periods for your personal information: 

  • Contractual documents are kept for the duration of the commercial statute of limitations, i.e. 5 years.
  •  Accounting documents are kept for the duration of the accounting statute of limitations, i.e. 10 years from the end of the financial year.
  •  Documents on which the tax authorities may exercise their rights of communication, investigation and control are kept for 6 years from the end of the fiscal year.

This Policy explains the processing carried out by EVERTEAM on its Prospects as defined in the “Definitions” section.

The information we process is mainly supplied directly by you. We may also receive it from an event organizer to whom you have authorized us to communicate it.

This information is necessary for contracting with Everteam. If you refuse to provide us with this personal information, we will not be able to respond to your requests for information or documentation.

This Policy explains the processing carried out by EVERTEAM concerning Visitors to the Site as defined in the “Definitions” section.

Below is a list of cookies and the reasons why we use them. Cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months. Statistical data is kept for a maximum of 25 months, after which it is anonymized.

Your right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the information you have provided to us to another organization, or to you, in certain circumstances.

Your right to give us post-mortem directives – You also have the right to define, modify and revoke at any time directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of your information after your death.

2. How to exercise your rights

Your rights depend on the purpose for which we process your information.

There is no charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond. Please contact us if you wish to make a request (see “Who we are and our contact details“).
