- Contractual documents are kept for the duration of the commercial statute of limitations, i.e. 5 years.
- Accounting documents are kept for the duration of the accounting statute of limitations, i.e. 10 years from the end of the financial year.
- Documents on which the tax authorities may exercise their rights of communication, investigation and control are kept for 6 years from the end of the fiscal year.
